The Process

consultation
It all starts here! Let's coordinate a good time and place to meet and grab a coffee to discuss your special day. This is where we talk about your vision, ask questions, and decide if we are a good fit.
02.
booking
Booking is easy! It starts with you selecting one of the packages above. You will be redirected to the booking page where you will fill in a questionnaire, select your dates, and pay the booking fee to hold your dates.
03.
engagement session
All of my wedding packages include an engagement shoot. Not only is this a great way to share your news with friends and family, but we get to use this session to work out the ins and outs of what you like and get to know one another.
04.
the big day
At this point we have met, we've talked, we've laughed. I am here to capture your special day and all of the moments that are meaningful to you. I will work hard to do all of this in a natural way that doesn't take you out of the moments.

HIghlights
Within 7 Days
This is the initial drop of photos from key moments in your wedding. I will make all attempts to get these uploaded to your album within the week following the ceremony.

Album delivery
Within 4 Weeks
I will have taken hundreds or more likely thousands of photos throughout the day. Once complete, I will deliver your full album for initial review.
03.
printing
These photos are memories that are better enjoyed off of the screen. I always recommend that you take advantage of the many options for printing, framing, and wall art for your memories. The gallery and we can create custom galleries to allow your family and friends print photos as well!
How It Works:
I believe that capturing your most important moments should be as effortless as the moments themselves. Here is how we will go from that first spark of an idea to your final, cherished gallery.
1. Let’s Connect
Your story is unique, and I want to hear all about it. Fill out my simple contact form to tell me a bit about what you’re looking for—whether it’s a milestone session, a wedding, or capturing the energy of a sports game.
2. Planning & Vision
Once we connect, we’ll chat about your vision. I’ll learn more about the emotions you want to capture and provide all the details on packages and availability so we can create a plan that fits your needs perfectly.
3. Securing Your Date
To keep things simple and secure, I’ll send over a digital contract and invoice. Once those are squared away, your date is locked in, and we’re officially on the calendar!
4. The Session & Delivery
The day of the shoot is all about having fun and capturing those candid, emotion-filled moments. After our time together, I’ll get to work editing your images, and you’ll receive your private gallery within 2-4 weeks.
What to Expect
- The Vibe: My approach is centered on candid, emotion-first photography.
- Expert Guidance: You don't have to worry about posing perfectly; I will provide the direction needed to ensure you look and feel your best.
- The Goal: My goal is to capture feelings that words often fail to describe. The photos should tell the story of the day and remind you of exactly how you felt in those moments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 7 days in advance. I’m happy to move your session to a new date, provided it fits both of our schedules.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days will receive a full refund.
