All sessions have an up front booking deposit. This goes toward the total cost of the session and is due at the time of booking.

Note: Session dates are not held until the deposit is made.

The remaining amount is due prior to the session date. Payment can be made in person or online using the invoice you received via email.

WEDDINGS:
- Cancellations can be made 30 days before the scheduled wedding day will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled wedding day will receive a refund of any amount paid above & beyond the deposit, however no refund of the deposit will be made.

ALL OTHER SESSIONS:
- Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a refund of any amount paid above & beyond the deposit, however no refund of the deposit will be made.

Rescheduling is always possible but will be dependent on the availability of the photographer. If no suitable dates are available then the rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation and the terms above apply.

Travel within 1 hour is generally not an issue provided that the photographer's schedule permits.

Travel outside of 1 hour is possible but will incur a fee for time/fuel.

For destination shoots such as weddings a custom quote can be provided based on your needs.

Delivery time for photos will vary depending on how busy I am and the type of session. In general, I strive to get photos to clients within 1-3 weeks. Always aiming to get them out as soon as possible.

If you have specific timeframe requirements please let me know during the booking phase so we can discuss and ensure your needs are met.

Photos will be uploaded to a gallery on the BSPhotos.net website in a high resolution JPEG format.

From there you can download all photos to your laptop, phone, or device.

From the gallery, you can share and/or order prints directly if desired.

Note: I do not provided unedited .raw files outside of specific circumstances that have been pre-arranged.

All of your photos will be uploaded to an album on the BSPhotos.net website. You will have gotten an email with a direct link to your album. You can also find your album at the link below. Just use the password included in your email to view your photos.

All photos can be printed for framing or purchased as wall art directly from the album.
