Before your event, we'll go over the timeline, key moments, must-have shots, and any important people or groups to photograph. Once we've confirmed the details and availability, I'll send you everything you need to book, including your agreement and payment information. You'll have a clear plan and a way to reach me with questions along the way.

Enjoy your event

On the day, I'll move through the room quietly, capturing candid moments, speeches, activities, and the atmosphere, while organizing group photos when you need them. You won't have to direct me or worry about what's being missed. If something comes up during the event that you want photographed, just let me know.
