I believe that capturing your most important moments should be as effortless as the moments themselves. Here is how we will go from that first spark of an idea to your final, cherished gallery.

1. Let’s Connect

Your story is unique, and I want to hear all about it. Fill out my simple contact form to tell me a bit about what you’re looking for—whether it’s a milestone session, a wedding, or capturing the energy of a sports game.

2. Planning & Vision

Once we connect, we’ll chat about your vision. I’ll learn more about the emotions you want to capture and provide all the details on packages and availability so we can create a plan that fits your needs perfectly.

3. Securing Your Date

To keep things simple and secure, I’ll send over a digital contract and invoice. Once those are squared away, your date is locked in, and we’re officially on the calendar!

4. The Session & Delivery

The day of the shoot is all about having fun and capturing those candid, emotion-filled moments. After our time together, I’ll get to work editing your images, and you’ll receive your private gallery within 2-4 weeks.

What to Expect

• The Vibe: My approach is centered on candid, emotion-first photography.
• Expert Guidance: You don't have to worry about posing perfectly; I will provide the direction needed to ensure you look and feel your best.
• The Goal: My goal is to capture feelings that words often fail to describe. The photos should tell the story of the day and remind you of exactly how you felt in those moments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 7 days in advance. I’m happy to move your session to a new date, provided it fits both of our schedules.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days will receive a full refund.

Submitting this form will kick-off the booking process. After you submit, I will be in touch to coordinate your shoot, arrange payment, and answer any questions you may have.

Booking:

1. Submit your booking request.
2. We will coordinate the details of your session via phone/email.
3. I will send you an online quote/invoice based on your requests.
4. Once payment is made, your session is confirmed!
5. I will send you a contract for services for signature.

Session:

1. We will be in touch as required ahead of your shoot.
2. On the day of, we will all have a great time taking photos!
3. Approx 2 weeks your photos will be ready for review.
4. You will select your favorites for editing printing, and final delivery.

Notes:

• Your package will include some edited photos; all others will be a la carte. Additional edited photos are priced at $15 each.
• Cancelations more than 7 days in advance of the session will be refunded 100% of the session fee.
• Rescheduling is always possible but should be done at least 7 days in advance where possible. Rescheduling due to weather will be handled as required.
